In the event, the User changing their partner preference on the Website/App, then the automated system generated prospect results of the Website/App may also undergo corresponding change.

Upon successful registration, you will be given a user name and password. By applying for registration you confirm and agree that you will be the sole and exclusive owner and that you accept sole responsibility for the use, confidentiality and protection of the user name and the password as well as for all actions initiated using your user name and password. Your registration with the Website is for your personal use. You may not authorize others to use your user name and password and you may not assign or transfer your user name and/or password to any other person or entity. (ii) financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details;

(iii) physical condition;

The above mentioned sensitive personal data or information would be used for the following purposes:

II. The Grievance office shall be available between 10 am till 6 pm Indian Standard Time from Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in India.
